Day 01: At Kovalam
you are greeted on arrival with a very personal traditional welcome with vermilion and garland. Transfer to the beach resort for overnight stay Beach Resort.

Day 02:
Breakfast Morning consult the resident doctor and plan the treatment. The treatment includes various herbal messages, Dhara, Pizhichil, Medicated steam bath and Yoga. After the consultation the treatment commence.

Day 03:
Ayurvedic Therapy at the resort Breakfast The treatment continues. You have to strictly adhere to the vegetarian diet during the treatment period.

Day 04 : Departure
You can either proceed to the airport for departure or select any of our tours.
