Precaution in Mountaineering
Himalayan Exposure strongly recommends that before taking up mountaineering one has to engage in regular exercise for at least two months. It is recommended that all travelers carry a small first aid kit as well as any personal medical requirements. All climbers planning to join the trip should have a high level of fitness before undertaking the trip.

You must be capable of using technical equipment like ropes, harness etc, other wise you may not be able to take part in the tour until evidence of this has been presented to the group leader. To bring wireless sets with them or take on hire from IMF, for communication between camps on the mountain and the base camp.
