Day 01 : Arrival at Cochin
On arrival at Cochin, the tourists will be received by our representative and taken comfortably to the hotel. They will check into the hotel and relax for a while. After getting fresh, they'll be taken on the sightseeing trip of Cochin or Kochi. The major tourist attraction spots include Jewish Synagogue, Vasco Da Gama Square, Chinese Fishing Nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry Dutch Palace, Bastion Bungalow , VOC Gate and St. Francis Church. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kochi.

Day 02 : Cochin - Munnar
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. After that, the tourists will check out and leave for Munnar, one of the most fantastic places in Kerala. On reaching Munnar, the visitors will check in at the hotel. Rest part of the day will be spent at leisure. The tourists can go about shopping in the local markets and buy some souvenirs to be presented as gifts to the near and dear ones.

Day 03 : Munnar
On the third day of the Kerala yoga & meditation tour, breakfast will be served at the hotel. Thereafter, the tourists will be taken on a drive to explore the beautiful city of Munnar. The main tourist attraction spots are Raja Malai, Muttuputty Dam and the Indo-Swiss Project. In the evening, the visitors will enjoy the boat ride in the Lake. Overnight stay will take place at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 04 : Munnar - Thekkady
After having breakfast, the tourists will check out and leave for Thekkady. Well, Thekkady is a very calm town lying on the Western Ghats. The main attraction spots for tourists include the high hills, spice plantations and Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. On reaching Thekkady, the visitors will check into the hotel and rest for a while. In the evening time, the tourists will visit the market located in Kumily for buying spices. Overnight stay will take place at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 05 : Thekkady
On day 5 of the Kerala India yoga tour, the tourist will be taken on the sightseeing tour of Thekkady. It is one of the most splendid places in Kerala. The Periyar National Park is home to the rare as well as exotic species of plants and animals. In the afternoon, the tourists will be taken on a drive to see the spice plantations including cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, Tea and Coffee. In the evening, the tourists will visit the lake to enjoy the boat cruise. Overnight stay will take place at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 06 : Thekkady - Kumarakom
On the sixth day of the Kerala yoga tour, the tourists will check out and depart for Kumarakom. On reaching Kumarakom, the tourists will check into the hotel. In the afternoon, the tourists will enjoy the Ayurvedic massages that will be provided at the resort. Rest of the day will be spent at leisure. Day 07 : Kumarakom
The tourists will be taken on a sightseeing tour to visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. They will be taken along the lakeside to enjoy a peaceful cruise at the backwaters. Yoga classes will be organized in the afternoon time. It is one of the most refreshing experiences that will revitalize your energy. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 08 : Kumarakom - Kovalam
After eating breakfast, the tourists will check out and proceed for Kovalam, which lies on the Malabar Coast. It is also known as the 'Grove of Coconuts', as it is bordered by the coconut palms. On reaching Kovalam, the tourists will check into the hotel and rest for a while. In the evening time, they will be taken on a drive to visit the beautiful beach at Kovalam. Later, the visitors will be taught the art of practicing meditation and yoga at the beach resort. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kovalam.

Day 09 : Kovalam
Yoga and meditation classes will be conducted, in which all the tourists will participate. The evening time will be spent at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 10 : Departure Kovalam
The tenth day will put an end to the Kerala yoga and meditation tour package. This tour will become one of the most memorable events of your life.
